As a Production Manager, you'll be involved from new sales opportunities to product delivery, ensuring continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality. Based in Nykøbing Falster, Denmark, this full-time position offers a pivotal role within our organization.
Key responsibilities
- Production Management: Oversee production processes to ensure quality, quantity, and cost targets are met.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of approximately 15 personnel, providing clear direction and support.
- Sales and Production Coordination: Handle sales and production orders, prioritizing resources effectively to meet customer expectations.
- System Work: Execute system tasks such as creating purchase and production orders, ensuring operational efficiency in the ordering process.
- Operational Support: Act as the internal point of contact for operational inquiries across departments.
