Junior Hardware Designer

Your mission

We are currently looking for a Junior Hardware Designer for our team based in Haaksbergen, The Netherlands.
As an effective Junior Hardware Designer, you have a good eye for detail and organizational skills. You will co-plan and co-develop parts or products and modifications which meet the requirements.

As a Junior Hardware Designer, you will work together in our development team to build and maintain a high-quality, safety-critical system that consists of several complex hardware and software components.

Key responsibilities

Explore and analyze market demands and customer needs to shape our products.
Collaborate on drafting specifications and designing cutting-edge hardware, ensuring it meets our high standards.
Engage in the creative process of PCB layout design.
Help prepare detailed documentation, budgets, and schedules that guide our project success.
Play a key role in the development of training materials and captivating demos.
Address internal support queries and user questions with solutions that dazzle.
Ensure all hardware deliverables are top-notch, timely, and on-budget.
Troubleshoot and integrate system issues, improving our electronics integration.
Monitor product and process quality, and suggest innovative improvements.
Thrive in a knowledge-rich environment, acquiring and sharing insights that push technological boundaries.

Your profile

HBO+ or WO, specialising in Electrical Engineering
2+ years of experience with:
Experience with advanced analog and mixed signal designs and power electronics.
Experience in/affinity with hardware design
Experience in drawing up specifications, design and simulation
Experience with PCB design
