Your mission
Are you looking for an HR internship where you will learn a lot? We offer HR-internships for our team in Haaksbergen, the Netherlands! Per February 1st 2024, a new vacancy will open up, as the one of September 2023 has been filled.

As an HR intern you will be supporting the HR team with their daily tasks. You and the HR Manager are the ones responsible for a smoothly operating HR department. The content of the internship is very diverse. During the internship, the main emphasis will be on experiencing as many facets of the HRM field as possible. To start off, you will be given your own tasks and responsibilities. This will give you the opportunity to quickly get to know our organization and to develop your personal and professional skills. This will be done under the guidance of the HR Manager.
Key responsibilities
Examples of tasks that you will be working on:
  • Conducting job interviews either alone or together
  • Drafting, processing and archiving of various letters
  • Writing vacancies and job descriptions
  • Answering various questions from employees regarding contracts or other staff related questions
  • All relevant matters in an HRM department
Your profile
  • For this internship you are in the third or fourth year of the HBO education HRM or IHRM.
  • You are motivated and eager to learn
  • You have a good command of the English language, Dutch is a plus
  • You can communicate clearly and respect made agreements
  • For this internship you are available for at least 3/5 days a week (partial work from home is possible)

Ben je op zoek naar een HR-stage? Op zoek naar een plek waar je voldoende kans krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardig HR-partner? Wij hebben per 1 februari 2024 een HR-stageplek beschikbaar voor ons team in Haaksbergen, Nederland.

Als een HR-stagiaire ga je het HR-team ondersteunen met de dagelijkse taken. Jij en de HR-manager zijn diegene die verantwoordelijk zijn voor een goed draaiende HR-afdeling. De inhoud van de stage is erg divers. Tijdens de stage ligt de meeste nadruk op het ontdekken van zoveel mogelijk facetten binnen het HR- werkveld. Om goed op te starten krijg je gelijk je eigen taken en verantwoordelijkheden. Dit zal je de kans geven om zo snel mogelijk de organisatie beter te leren kennen én jezelf zowel op persoonlijk vlak als professioneel vlak te ontwikkelen. Dit zal allemaal gebeuren onder begeleiding van de HR-manager.
Key verantwoordelijkheden
Voorbeelden van taken zijn:
  • Sollicitatiegesprekken voeren, alleen of samen.
  • Opstellen, verwerken en archiveren van diverse brieven
  • Het schrijven van vacatures en functieomschrijvingen
  • Het beantwoorden van verschillende vragen van werknemers met betrekking tot contracten of andere personeel gerelateerde vragen
  • Alle relevante zaken op een HRM-afdeling
Jouw profiel
  • Je bent derde- of vierdejaars student van de opleiding HRM of IHRM
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en leergierig
  • Je kunt zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels gemakkelijk uit de voeten
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en respecteert gemaakte afspraken
  • Je bent 3 tot 5 werkdagen per week beschikbaar (deels vanuit huis werken is ook een optie)
