Service Assistant

Your mission

As a Service Assistant​, you'll work closely with our skilled Service Engineers and collaborate with our production team in Nykøbing Falster, Denmark. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your tasks
  • Commissioning Support: Assist with internal and external installations, ensuring seamless commissioning.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Utilize your analytical skills to solve malfunctions and address customer inquiries through testing, analysis, and equipment repairs.
  • Technical Sales/Service Support: Provide valuable assistance to internal and external stakeholders, strengthening relationships through your technical expertise.
  • Inspection and Analysis: Conduct thorough inspections, tests, and analysis, contributing to effective problem-solving and valuable insights.
  • PCB and Prototype Testing: Ensure product quality and reliability by conducting meticulous PCB and prototype testing.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete RMA forms efficiently and maintain accurate service case documentation in SalesForce. 
Your profile
  • Degree as Electrical Technician or similar.
  • Languages: Danish, English is a preference.
  • Practical, hands-on mentality.
  • Good professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
