Your mission
We are currently looking for a Hardware Designer for our team based in Haaksbergen, The Netherlands.
As an effective Hardware Designer, you have a great eye for detail and good organizational skills. You will plan and develop parts or products and modifications which meet the requirements.

As a Hardware Designer, you will work together in our development team to build and maintain a high-quality, safety-critical system that consists of several complex hardware and software components.

Your tasks

  • Design, plan, document and develop innovative complex, interconnected and interdependent hardware products from initial requirements to reproducible final product in the scope of the complete product life cycle.
  • Specify, design and verify the hardware products to be developed.
  • Build, verify, modify and test prototypes, products and systems.
  • Write and maintain Technical Product Documentation in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Supporting the introduction and acceptance of the new product in the production process.
  • Backup support for the Factory Engineering. Create, monitor and report time schedules, budget and progress of the development projects.

Your profile
  • MSc. degree or working level in Electronics Engineering or related.
    • Complex Product and System engineering skills and a methodical mind.
    • System Engineering approach (theory and practice)
    • Technology and solutions enabler
    • Critical and adaptive thinking.
    • Experience with analog/mixed signals design
  • Quality driven with attention to detail.
  • Time management and an ability to prioritize and plan work effectively.
  • Able to estimate feasibility of different design solutions.
  • Able to find an optimal compromise between different mechanical, software and hardware requirements.

We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Hardware Designer voor ons team in Haaksbergen, Nederland.

Als effectieve Hardware Designer heb je oog voor detail en goede organisatorische vaardigheden. Je plant en ontwikkelt onderdelen of producten en modificaties die voldoen aan de gestelde eisen.

Als Hardware Designer werk je samen in ons ontwikkelteam aan het bouwen en onderhouden van een hoogwaardig, veiligheidskritisch systeem dat bestaat uit verschillende complexe hardware- en softwarecomponenten.

Jouw taken
  • Ontwerp, plan, documenteer en ontwikkel innovatieve complexe, onderling verbonden en onderling afhankelijke hardwareproducten van initiële vereisten tot reproduceerbaar eindproduct in het kader van de volledige levenscyclus van het product.
  • Specificeer, ontwerp en verifieer de te ontwikkelen hardwareproducten.
  • Bouwen, verifiëren, aanpassen en testen van prototypes, producten en systemen.
  • Schrijven en onderhouden van technische productdocumentatie in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke procedures.
  • Ondersteunen bij de introductie en acceptatie van het nieuwe product in het productieproces.
  • Back-up ondersteuning voor de Factory Engineering. Opstellen, bewaken en rapporteren van tijdschema's, budget en voortgang van de ontwikkelingsprojecten.
Jouw profiel
  • MSc. diploma of werkniveau in Electronics Engineering of aanverwant.
    • Complexe product- en systeemengineeringvaardigheden en een methodische geest.
    • System Engineering benadering (theorie en praktijk)
    • Technologie en oplossingen mogelijk maken
    • Kritisch en adaptief denken.
    • Ervaring met ontwerp van analoge/gemengde signalen
  • Kwaliteit gedreven met oog voor detail.
  • Tijdmanagement en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en werk effectief te plannen.
  • In staat om de haalbaarheid van verschillende ontwerpoplossingen in te schatten.
  • In staat om een optimaal compromis te vinden tussen verschillende mechanische, software- en hardwarevereisten.
